Well not quite, but close.  I've never felt so sick to my stomach over a machine.
I'm on a fresh rebuilt engine, new traction spikes and carbides and everything is looking really good.  I finished work early and got out of some other plans, so I was geared and ready to ride.  It was planned to meet in Walkerton for an evening ride.

I got two miles down the road and the motor shut down, locked-up.  So I'm stuck two miles from town with no one using this deserted road.
Why?

Got it back in the shop.  The problem looks to be the same side that was out before.  Before today the plugs looked like a perfect match, cardboard colored.  Now they're both looking dark and wet, the right a little more than the other.  (the wettness may be because I ran the choke to get it started to run it on the trailer???)
-put new plugs in and had to bump the idle speed up a little.
--running and idling fine for three'ish minutes
---pulled the new plugs and the right had a dark color, the left was still new looking and slightly wet.
----took a temp reading and the right side was running 10 degrees cooler than the left
----- right compression is 125 left is 140  (they were both 135 at the rebuild)

 Huh? Huh?

Tony, you seem to be digging out all the old pics of your REAL sleds. Must be thinking of coming back over to the green side.  Grin
